We’ve now got our flyers and posters available to anyone who wants to help publicise our Stamford Christmas Market on December 6th – and we’ve been quite busy putting them around and about already. The posters are A4 in size (you can see a sample in a previous post) and we can either mail them out to you, you can call in at Stamford to pick them up or we can email you a pdf file and you can print some out yourself. These are ideal for village notice boards, shop windows etc.
Then we have a quantity of flyers which we’ve had professionally printed. These are A5 in size and are double sided. The front advertises the show and the back has a form that people can fill out with an email address (if they wish) and a name and address section. These will be entered into the Secret Santa prize draw on the day – where all visitors will be in for a chance to win an item by one of the exhibitors.
As they are not too big, they are ideal to stick in your car window, and to put on village notice boards and things where space is limited! They could also go into schools, libraries, shops, hotels – in fact anywhere that someone might pick them up.
If you’d like some, then please let us know and we can get them out to you one way or another. I’ll be taking some along to the next shows that I’m doing, which are Grantham Arts Centre on 29th November and Fineshade Woods on 5th December.
So far there’s been a lot of interest both from exhibitors and from prospective visitors – it seems that Stamford is ready for a show that consists entirely of artisans showing their own hand made items.
I’ve been busy supplementing my stock of grown-ups jewellery with a few cheaper items for children which can be used as stocking fillers. And I’ve got to decide what I’m going to put into the Secret Santa. I’m beginning to wish that I’d be eligible to win something as we’ve got some brilliant exhibitors!
