  • Hello Mr Cooper, thank you for contacting us.
Space for non-Guild members at our Stamford events costs £30 for a 6ft space(half stall) space or £40 for 2 tables(full stall). Please fill in the online application form at the bottom of the following link:
    http://stamfordartisansguild.co.uk/contact/stamford-arts-centre-application-2014/
as this form goes straight to our venue coordinators who have the up-to-date availability information for each date.
    I hope this helps,

  • Hi Daiga, thank you for getting in contact, I’m sorry for the delay in replying.
Have a look at our Stamford Arts Centre Application 2014 information under the Contacts tab on the website. It will give you a lot of information about the fairs and also includes prices and the online application form at the bottom. The tables at the Arts Centre are approximately 6 feet. If you need to borrow one, please put that in the Comments box of the Application form.

And no, there are no restrictions about self-employed status, etc, but all stallholders must have public liability insurance of at least £5 million, sell only handmade items made by themselves, etc, as per our Terms and Conditions on the Application Form.

    I hope this helps,
    Diane

    Hi,
I was hoping to attend the Artisan show on Saturday 17th May with a view to selling some of my hand made bead jewellery and soaps…
I just wanted to clarify what the process is for me to be able to do this? Are there any restrictions in terms of being self employed or a sole stall holder as I do this as a hobby rather than a business but the quality of products is very high. Also – how much is it to actually have my own stall at the show and to be included in the market? As I mentioned, I have an array of jewellery (I can send photos if required) and hand soaps – but would need to make arrangements in order to book a table (also – do I have to bring my own table or would this be available on the day?!)
Thanks in anticipation and hopefully hear from you soon
    Daiga

I had a stall at your Late night Oakham Christmas fair this year and am interested in applying for stalls at next years Oakham and Stamford stalls. if it is possible I would appreciate it if a notice of interest by me could be placed on your system.
