Oakham Castle can be found to the rear of the Market Place, behind the Post Office. Car parks are available a short distance away in Church Street and Burley Road.
21 Artisans will be displaying their handmade creations at this event:
Mad Hatter Crafts – Knit and Crochet Hats Gloves Scarves, Fleece Hats and Scarves knitted Toys – Finger puppets, knitted Bags, knit And Crochet Flowers.
Sock It To Me! sock dolls using mostly recycled tights, socks and other bits and bobs. Also other sewn crafts and cards to match.
Utopia Treasures – Hand-made fashion and bridal jewellery, hand knitted scarves and matching accessories.
Jandy Photography – Framed and mounted prints, greetings cards, magnets, keyrings, bags and clocks showing local wildlife we have photographed.
Cards By Lorna – handmade cards, scrapbooks and associated products.
Picture This – Watercolour and pen & wash land, sea and town scapes, depicting the quintessential nature of rural Britain by Melton Mowbray based Artist Christopher Clayton.
The Coffee Bag Company (We Luv Handbags) – Quality Handbags including Upcycled Coffee sacks recreated as bags, purses and ipod cases.
Golden Wishes - Stationery Items (Notebook and pen sets, favour boxes, gift tags, cards, bookmarks).
DL Designs of Rutland - Jewellery, charms, wall hangers and other gifts, all handmade with a variety of macrame and braid techniques.
Siobhan Quinn and Lisa Batty - Mixed media canvases,mosaic trays,coasters and boxes and decoupage boxes.
Shelly Anderson Glass – Kiln-formed glass…. inc. bowls, wall hangings, coasters.
Eve Marshall’s Unique Pieces for Unique People – Felted and Lino cut/stamped bags and pouches & needle felted nature inspired brooches.
1.2.Tree – Wooden products made using a scroll saw eg. jewellery boxes, baskets, animals, candle holders.
Jewellery By Shalini – Handmade Jewellery, Lapidary and Wire Sculpture Trees.
Shedglas Design – Stained Glass suncatchers, candleboxes, giftware, and a range of individual pieces of jewellery.
Yellow Rose Designs – Patchwork quilting craft ie bags cushions aprons etc.
Sew Krafty – Decoupage personalised cards, stuffed animals & doorstops.
Tiffin – Preserves Christmas puddings cakes and edible gifts.
Church Farmhouse Cakes – Home-made Fruitcakes and Books about Cakes!
Cottage Candles – Hand-rolled Beeswax Candles by Helen Cook
Crepe Monsieur - Savoury and Sweet French pancakes freshly made while you wait using home made sauces. Eat in or take away! Also serving hot and cold drinks on the day.

Thank you for your message.
There are some benches laid out within the castle and there are additional chairs which can be easily made available for visitors to the fair, you just need to ask one of the stall holders. The Food stand just outside the castle door has seating available too if you do have food or drink there.
