  • Hi.
My name is Sal Villano. I have been creating beaded and wire tree sculpture since 1977. I am also the author of “How to Create Beaded and Wire Tree Sculpture”. I have sold thousands of my books from my web site, other web sites, art shows, and retail outlets. My book has earned two, Five Star Reviews from Amazon.com. The book retails for $ 13.95 for the printed version, and $ 9.95 for the electronic version. I can also drop ship either version for you. I can also supply all the necessary jpegs and promotional material to effectively promote the book. This is a link with more information and the wholesale pricing: http://www.salvillano.com/wholesale.htm If you should decide to carry my book, I also can offer you a link from my website to your website. Here is my link page: http://www.salvillano.com/links.htm If you are interested in offering my book for sale. I would be happy to send you a free printed review copy.
    Thank you.

  • Ian,
Thanks for your views. The membership of Stamford Artisans Guild is for artisans within a 25 mile radius of Stamford and Melton Mowbray meets the criteria. We have spaces for selected visiting artisans. Members get first preference for stalls at our craft fairs.

Information about membership to the guild was sent out to everyone who participated in our 2009 Christmas Fair. We never even received a response from you until you wanted a stall for the 2010 Christmas Fair. You have had presence on our website as a thank you for supporting our first event, even though you never acknowledged any of our communication. It appears you only want a stall at our Christmas Fairs and not be involved with the Stamford Artisans Guild at other times. I am sorry but guild members, including visiting artisans who have supported us at Craft events throughout the year get preference for stalls, especially at Christmas.
You have not been involved in the activities of the guild for the past year so its unlikely you would know what we do or don’t do and its hardly fair to shout out accusations without actually being aware of the activities of our group.

So I am really not sure what you see before saying what you have said. You are most welcome to email and discuss it further.
Anyway, We wish you a Happy New Year. All the best, Shalini

having supported your christmas fair the first time 2009 it now seems that you have got very clicky as they say, as I notice that all your stall holders are not from stamford I see Melton Mowbray mentioned. I realise that I also do not come from your area but I did support your first one. I suppose that you have just gone the same way a lot of so called groups go, yes I do not mind speaking as I see it.Ian

  • Hello there, I’ve only recently been made aware of your Christmas Fair on Sun. 5 Dec. and wondered if it’s not too late to have a stall selling my wares. I’d really like to be able to take part. I’m a very new business called SuzyT, and I live just outside Wisbech and have lots of Christmassy things to sell eg. aprons, tea towels, bone china mugs, Christmas cards (featured in Dec. Country Living magazine). All designed by me and made in England to high standards. I also have a rural print which is featured on a bag in the Nov. issue of Country Living, as well as being on tea towels, aprons and cushions. I have some editorial coming out in Country Life magazine on 1st Dec. so could post a notice on my website about the Stamford Fair on the 5th. I look forward to hearing from you ASAP. Best regards, Suzy Thomas

  • Henricus Buijs

could you send me details about having a small stall for the 5 december as soon as possible.
are launching a new DVD with stories for young children about the daily life of a young and an old elephant. It is a very original product! And for a cheap price (£5).
We would like to appear at the Christmas Craft Fair on 5 Dec 2010 with this new product.
The stories are narrated by the creator of the two elephant stories Henricus Buijs. THe stories stimulate childrens’ imagination and they respond to words and pictures.
With the aid of a laptop we will show the stories during the fair.
Further information can be given by phone or email.
Awaiting your answer, Regards, Henricus Buijs, Swaton, 01529-421949
