Christmas Craft at Stamford Corn Exchange Theatre

The Stamford Corn Exchange Theatre on Broad Street, Stamford will be opening their doors to craft stall holders from the Stamford Artisans Guild for a Christmas shopping Extra Event on 13th December 2009. The Stall holders will aim to raise vital funds for The Stamford Corn Exchange Theatre by making a donation from the sales proceeds on the day to the Theatre. Do come and support this worthy cause while doing your Christmas shopping.

There is a fantastic show on 13th December at the Theatre and the Box Office will be open throughout the day for ticket sales. I am talking about the Five Star Swing Christmas Spectacular – featuring Simone from the Ivy Benson Orchestra.

Sukies Party Emporium – the one stop Party Shop in Stamford – will be offering Teas and Coffees in their shop for anyone coming into the theatre on the day to buy show tickets or Christmas craft gifts from the Craft Stall holders in the Theatre reception.

There is a lot happening for Chritsmas in Stamford. Mark this important date in your diary – 13th December 2009.  There is a Christmas Winter wonderland  Market in the High Street and Bath Row, there is a Christmas Entertainment event in the evening and there will be Craft Stalls at the Corn Exchange Theatre selling locally made crafts. It would be fantastic to see you all come and support our local theatre.

The Stamford Corn Exchange Theatre is such an important part of community life in Stamford and we are so proud to be able to support this local organisation which relies on the support from volunteers and local people to host such fantastic entertainment for us all! At the risk of repeating ourselves….  “Love What’s Local”

  • Hello Paula,

  • I phoned a few weeks ago to ask about the possibility of having a stall at your christmas market on the 6th which i was told was full but that once your second christmas market was organised I would be sent some information. I haven’t received anything yet and am still very interested in becoming a member of the guild and having a stall on the 13th. Could you please let me know if either of these are possible. Also if you have a look at my website, just to let you know that it has only just been set up and so doesn’t show much of my work yet. I intend to finish it in the next few weeks.
    Thanks,
    Paula
